产品优点:

铁铬铝合金电阻带的优点是产品使用年限久;产品使用的温度高,如HRE铁铬铝合金丝在大气中的最高使用温度可达到1400℃;产品表面的抗氧化性能非常好,它氧化后生成AI2O3膜具有良好的高电阻率和抗化性; 并且允许的表面负荷大; 比重还小于镍铬合金; 电阻率也高;抗硫性好; 价格并且明显低于镍铬合金; 

镍铬电阻带的优点:

镍铬电热丝在长期的使用后使其冷下来,它材料不会变脆;其在高温下的强度高; 无磁性;充分氧化后的镍铭合金辐射率比铁铬铝合金的辐射率高;除硫气氛外,其有较好的耐腐蚀性。
